Get back into shape at Pace

Now that the season is changing, kickstart the autumn and get back into shape at Pace Health Club.

If it’s been a while since you were last in the gym – don’t worry! We have a full range of state of the art cardiovascular equipment such as running machines, exercise bikes and cross trainers, resistance equipment, weights, and expert advice from our fitness instructors here on site. It’s all here for you from 6am till 11pm every day, which means whether you are a morning, daytime or evening person, you can fit a trip to the gym entirely around your schedule, and at your own pace.

Sometimes choice can be a little overwhelming – so if you’re not too familiar with the equipment, don’t be afraid to ask! That’s what we are here for. Together, we can help you to devise an exercise regime for you which will suit your specific circumstances.

Once your session in the gym is complete, you can also extend your training regime by taking a dip in our 15m pool next door to cool off, or be tempted by the relaxing jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which also await you on the poolside – the perfect end to every training session!

Or if you’d prefer just to stick to the pool rather than tackle the gym, we have a swimming-only membership package just for you.

And even if you’re on a business trip and will only be with us for a few days, we will still be happy to help you to get the most out of your visit to us in whatever way we can.
